When will I get my order?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days. You should expect your delivery 3-5 business days after fulfillment. If you have not received your order more than 7 days after fulfillment, please reach out to us at contact@moneluxehairco.com. The business days do not include Sundays or national holidays.
Can the bundles and wigs be bleached/colored?
Because we only offer 100% human hair, all hair from our collections can be bleached, toned, colored and heat styled. Don’t forget to use moisturizing products to help the longevity of the hair!
Does the hair shed or tangle?
Like all human hair, this hair will have slight shedding and tangling throughout wear. However, the amount shedding and tangling is determined by the maintenance of the hair. When detangling, start from the tips of the hair and work your way to the root.
How long does the hair last with proper care?
At minimum, our Classic Collection can last 1-2 years with proper maintenance - follow the hair care card provided with your order for instructions. Frequent wearing, washing, and styling without adequate care will affect the hair.
What is the recommended way to care for the hair?
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to prevent drying and excessive tangling. Detangle carefully with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends. Avoid overuse of harsh chemicals, heavy heat styling, and always use proper heat protectant. Place on a stand, rack, or in a silk/satin bag when not in use. When sleeping, use a silk/satin bonnet, scarf or pillow case.
